Refund policy

Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return a deck that’s unopened and still in its original shrink-wrap, for a full refund. Email hola@mezcalomano.com with your order number and we’ll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by you.
Damaged decks
If your deck arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the deck and the packaging. We may ask you to return the damaged deck before we send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. If the damage is clear from your photos, we’ll skip that step. Please keep the packaging until we’ve sorted it out.
Holiday gifts
Orders placed from November 1 to December 24 can be returned until January 31, 2027.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us, or of our approving a damage claim.
