Shipping

We ship from our warehouse in Pennsylvania, and you’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

• Pre-orders: decks ordered before our new print run arrives ship from November 30.
• United States: standard shipping is free; express is $15.
• International: we ship to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Singapore. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes may be due on delivery and are paid by the recipient.
• Christmas: order by December 17 for US delivery, or December 15 for international.

Returns

• You have 30 days from delivery to return an unopened deck, still in its shrink-wrap, for a full refund.
• Holiday orders placed November 1 to December 24 can be returned until January 31, 2027.
• If your deck arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the deck and the packaging.
